IASSC Lean Six Sigma training courses are certification programs that teach participants the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The methodology aims to improve process quality by eliminating defects and waste. Training is available at three levels: Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt.
Yellow Belt training is the basic level of Lean Six Sigma training. In it, participants will learn the basic concepts and tools of the methodology, such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), value stream mapping and descriptive statistics. They will also be able to identify quality problems and propose solutions.
Green Belt training is an advanced level of Lean Six Sigma training. In it, participants will learn about more detailed topics such as experimental design, statistical analysis and project management. They will also be able to conduct process improvement projects on their own.
Black Belt training is the highest level of Lean Six Sigma training. At it, participants will learn the most advanced tools and techniques of the methodology. They will also be able to mentor others and lead comprehensive process improvement programs.
